Working With Clients: Allocating User Roles Guide

In NuMust Bond, it's completely possible to work with clients without giving them full user access. This can be achieved through the strategic allocation of the three user roles available per account. Here's how you can do it:

User Role Allocation:

  1. Yourself as 'Approver': In this role, you would be responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it gets published. This allows you to have complete control over what goes out to your audiences.
  1. Designer as 'Sub-User': This user role can be allocated to your designer. They would have the ability to create content and submit it for approval, but would not have the ability to publish without your approval.
  1. Client as 'Sub-User': The client can be allocated as the third sub-user. This role can be configured to allow them to only view reports and the calendar. This gives them visibility into the performance metrics and schedule of the content, without granting them the ability to make changes.
Remember: This setup ensures that all parties involved have appropriate access levels to contribute to the success of the account while maintaining the desired control and confidentiality.
