- Permanently Ban Participants: If participants are found to be cheating, you now have the ability to permanently ban them, even if they attempt to join again using a different email address. We achieve this by banning their IP address, making it more difficult for them to circumvent the ban. If they attempt to re-enter, they will be informed that they are not eligible to participate.
- Delete Participants: In addition to banning, you also have the option to entirely delete individuals from the campaign.
- Remove Specific Bonus Entries or Points: As always, you still have the flexibility to remove specific bonus entries or points without having to delete the whole participant from the campaign.
- Awarding a Winner and Checking for Fraud: We continue to provide you with the ability to award a winner in your campaign and to check for potential fraudulent activities. This ensures that your campaign is both fair and successful.
