How to Approve Customer Videos

As part of your content management process, you have the ability to make minor edits to customer videos before granting approval, and also remove any videos prior to their publication.
Follow the steps below to approve customer videos:
  1. Click on the 'Approve' button located in the left navigation bar. (The number of approvals required is displayed as a red circle next to the type of approvals).
  1. Navigate to 'Customer Videos'.
  1. Once you are on the 'Approve Customer Videos' page, use the drop-down arrow to select a campaign.
  1. Depending on what you want to view, click on either 'New' (for new videos), 'Approved' (for approved videos), or 'All' (for all videos).
  1. To rotate a video, select the video, then choose either 'Rotate Counterclockwise' or 'Rotate Clockwise'.
  1. To change the thumbnail image of a video, select the video and then click 'Change Video Thumbnail'. You will see a list of available thumbnails. Select the thumbnail you desire for the video.
  1. To approve a video, select the video and then click 'Approve'.
  1. If you wish to delete a video, select the video and click 'Delete'.
This process ensures that all customer videos published are in alignment with your content standards and maintain the quality of your campaigns.
