Approving customer photos is a crucial part of maintaining content quality on the platform. Minor modifications to the photos can be made before approval, and any unwanted photos can be deleted before they get published.
Follow these steps to approve customer photos:
- Click on the 'Approve' button. Note: The number of pending approvals appears in a red circle next to the type of approvals in the left navigation bar.
- Select 'Customer Photos'.
- On the 'Approve Customer Photos' page, use the drop-down arrow to select a campaign.
- To view only new photos, click 'New'. To view only approved photos, click 'Approved'. To view all photos, click 'All'.
- You can rotate a photo by clicking on it and then choosing either 'Rotate Counterclockwise' or 'Rotate Clockwise'.
- To approve a photo, click on it and then click 'Approve'.
- If you wish to delete a photo, click on it and then hit the 'Delete' button.
This process ensures that all customer photos displayed in your campaigns meet your standards and brand guidelines.
